DocuSign boasts wide-ranging support for virtually any document file type, including DOC, DOCX, XLS, TXT, PDF, PNG, and JPG, among others.

Both DocuSign and SignEasy share many similarities, but there are some areas when one pulls ahead of the other.

They also encourage customers to reach out with integration requests if needed.
DocuSign provides over 400 integrations, including everything on the SignEasy list as well as prominent platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, Apple, and Smart Communications.
The bottom line: DocuSign is a much larger company, so it makes sense that it has a more exhaustive list of integrations.
This could be a critical factor for users utilizing other applications that may or may not currently integrate with SignEasy.
That said, users frequently comment that SignEasy is the easier solution to use all around, so if your applications are on their list of integrations, having a few hundred additional integrations might not matter to you.

SignEasy vs. DocuSign: Pricing

DocuSign provides Enhanced Plans for larger teams or businesses that require a more customized solution.
The biggest differences in DocuSign’s plans have the ability to share documents, leave comments and collect in-person signatures (unavailable on the Personal plan), as well as SMS Authentication and the ability to request signer attachments such as a driver’s license, collect payments and bulk send (only available on Business Pro or an Enhanced Plan).

One of the most important things to consider when choosing eSignature software is customer satisfaction.
After all, these people already have used these services day-in and day-out and know the best and worst aspects of the tools.
On Capterra, we see that DocuSign and SignEasy are tied at 4.7 stars, but DocuSign has over 6,000 more reviews.
SignEasy is reported as having slightly better customer service, while DocuSign is rated higher on features and value for money.
Gartner has significantly fewer user reviews for both products, but we see that DocuSign holds a 4.5-star rating on Gartner from nearly 500 ratings in total, with 89% of users saying they’d recommend it.
SignEasy has garnered a 4-star rating on Gartner, with only 60% of users saying they’d recommend it. But this is only based on five ratings, so it’s hard to form a conclusive verdict.
G2’s comparison of DocuSign and SignEasy has both services coming in at a tie with 4.5-star ratings, but again, DocuSign has a significantly larger quantity of reviews (1,889 to SignEasy’s 526).
